Welcome to Mc2 Performance! I’m Josh, your energetic coach, based in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California.

My background as a commissioned officer in the Army Reserve and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College of California equips me with the tools to keep you running at peak performance. For the past four years, I’ve been the engine powering athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike, from the general population to high school and collegiate competitors, and even our armed services members.

That’s why we’ll start by assessing your current fitness mileage, identifying areas for tuning, and celebrating your victories. Together, we’ll make adjustments that will propel you forward, helping you become the high-performance version of yourself.

TRAINING RATES

I offer multiple ways to train based on your needs!

Subscription Training

1x a week: $160/session ($640/month)

2x a week: $150/session ($1,200/month)

3x a week: $140/session ($1,680/month)

4x a week: $130/session ($2,080/month)

Training at LuxFit SF Locations requires a $30/month facility fee

Virtual Training

$500 per month

Includes access to Trainerize tracking app

1x virtual check-in

Discuss well being, progress, adjustments & weekly goals

Drop in sessions for $160 per session
